Given the unprecedented situation in the UK regarding the COVID-19 virus, we felt it was important to reassure you our customers AND prospective customers that we remain operational and that our Technicians and Support Staff are working tirelessly to maintain service at this time, in every way possible.
We appreciate the difficulties you currently face with your patients and dental clients with concerns over cross infection and safety. We understand that it is paramount to decrease or even cease human contact at this time. We also appreciate that as a Dental Facility you operate in an environment where the prevention of the spread of a whole range of infections is woven into everything you do. Nevertheless, we like yourselves are paying particular attention to the latest government guidance on the transmission of Covid-19.
During this time, we continue to offer breakdown calls, regular servicing and workshop repairs but we will do everything we can to mitigate the risks. We understand the responsibility we have to ensure we keep contact to the very minimal but with your assistance we can combat the ability the virus has to grow within the community and at the same time keep you operational.
We will ask prior arrival to be informed or guided by your own in-house policies. All our tools and any electronic items are disinfected between visits, as all our technicians are currently carrying disinfection wipes as well as being issued with personal PPE as standard.
Keep us in the loop if anything changes and we will do everything we can to accommodate, we are more than happy to reschedule as many times as you like, it also guarantees your equipment maintenance schedule as well as keeping us busy!!
