Telephone Support & Dial in DIgital Diagnostics

If you experience a problem with your equipment, our expert technical team will discuss the issue with you and, if possible, troubleshoot the problem over the phone to get you back up and running immediately.

Increasingly, we are also able to remotely connect to equipment and run digital diagnostic routines. That means we know exactly what the problem is and can advise you of what to do or dispatch an engineer with the right parts and knowledge to fix the problem, first time!

Rapid Response On-site Maintenance

If your installation does require an engineer to attend site, you can rest assured that we will be with you quickly and get you back up and running as soon as possible.

We will always endeavour to have an engineer with you within 24 hours and with one of the best service teams in the industry we are proud of our first time fix rate.

Our Workshop

For smaller pieces of handheld or tabletop equipment, we have a state of the art in house workshop, in which we can carry out high quality maintenance and calibration with fast turnaround times to minimise the time you are without your equipment.

Calibration

Many pieces of of dental equipment for the surgery or laboratory also require periodic calibration to ensure they are providing accurate results.

Our service team are factory trained by the original manufacturers on calibration techniques and are able to perform calibrations in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer’s recommendations giving you peace of mind from both a compliance and quality perspective.
