Next up is Chaz Sidhu, Business Development Manager for our High Tech equipment ranges, serving UK dental surgeries.
Chaz is a familiar, friendly face to many Blueprint Dental customers and dental professionals across the land, who’ve encountered his wealth of knowledge and experience in the fast-moving, developing world of digital dentistry.
We all know knowledge and experience take years of hard work and dedication, so here’s a little more on how Chaz has become the highly regarded dental equipment expert that he is today.

Chaz has always had a keen professional interest in all things sales and marketing, with a successful career which spans field sales, telesales and advertising through to telemarketing and call centre management.
Chaz recalls one particular turning point in his life from during his days at Eastern Eye Newspaper, a national ethnic media publication providing weekly news on current affairs, business and Bollywood, with the objective of governance being equality, diversity, human rights and the fight against racial discrimination through the one voice of the British Asians.
Not only did he help facilitate the launch of the Eastern Eye UK Top 100 Asian Rich List, and represented ‘Eastern Eye- for the Asian Perspective’ as company delegate at the Ethnic Diversity Awards held within the House of Commons, but also met & became joined at the hip with his wife of today!
But much of Chaz’s professional experience also comes from having cut his teeth (pardon the pun!) in the dental industry. Dating back some 30 years, and flipping between dental and medical market sectors, those formative years included a stint at one of the world’s leading dental brands – Sirona, which enabled him to beautifully combine his sales & marketing experience with dental industry expertise.
Having harnessed his Sales & Marketing Business Relations experience within the healthcare equipment supplies industry and extensively represented business relations in Europe, Russia, Asia and Middle East, Chaz now feels proud to hold the highest accolade of Fellowship status of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management.
And, he’s actually worked for us twice!
Following an initial spell as a Regional Manager, we welcomed Chaz back to the Blueprint Dental family in 2018, to focus on the rapidly expanding high tech sector, which he has made his own.
Speak to any of our intra oral scanner customers and we’re pretty confident they will tell you that his knowledge in this area is second to none. Not only is he the expert who comes to see you at the start of any discussions, he’s also the guy who takes great pride in making sure the delivery and installation are spot on and he’ll more often than not deliver the training to the whole team in the dental practice.
Additionally, those CBCT/OPG X-Ray customers who have had the pleasure of experiencing Chaz’s unparalleled Project Management skills, will no doubt still be singing praises for his ability to deliver any project he embarks on, from initial inception, with precision and expertise, whilst coordinating teams of M&E contractors, IT and software engineers as well as RPA’s to all work harmoniously together to reach the common goal of final fruition, to full customer satisfaction.
In his own words, Chaz describes his role as follows:
“Happiness stems from cruising in the fast lane, with my hair on fire and pistons firing from all angles, to go above and beyond, for and on behalf of our happy customers”
As far as sports is concerned, ladies football has to be at the top of the list for viewing pleasure, followed by rugby and basketball, especially as Chaz has a few prized trophies of his own.
In his spare time Chaz has volunteered as an Independent Critical Incident Advisor (ICIA) for Kent Police; an organisation which he was involved in for many years in various voluntary positions.
Chaz especially cherishes any downtime he has with his wife, relaxing, travelling and socialising after those busy days at the forefront of digital dentistry for Blueprint.
