Dear customers and friends,

For the health, safety and well-being of our customers, employees and communities, we temporarily closed our doors effective March 24, 2020 until further notice.

We felt this was the best way to serve you in light of Covid-19 and to closely follow the guidelines set by the Department of Health.

However the consensus is now that dental practices are looking to begin opening up and preparing to start seeing patients with a view to getting back to some sort of ‘normality’. In order for you to do that, Blueprint Dental are preparing themselves to be on-hand to get you up and running.

As of Wednesday 27th May, 2020 we will start taking calls to book in delayed routine service calls, repairs and maintenance, spare parts orders as well as installations….we are even here to just catch up!

COVID-19

As Covid-19 continues to spread we would like to take this opportunity to inform you of our current operating status and the steps we have taken to minimise any related negative impact on the service we offer.

The health and safety of our employees and customers is of paramount importance and like many UK businesses, we are closely monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19 and following the advice provided by the UK’s health authorities.

Blueprint Dental Current Status

At the moment there have been no incidences of ill health relating to the virus among our staff, and we continue to receive deliveries from our suppliers as both delivery and postal/courier services are operating as normal.

Internal measures we are taking include:

  • increased frequency of cleaning all surfaces and high touch areas.
  • staff are continuing to be extra vigilant regarding personal hygiene and hand washing with access to sanitiser and hand washing facilities. Staff are reminded to regularly wash their hands, more often than usual.
  • we will exercise extra caution if any of our staff are feeling unwell or show any potential symptoms of COVID-19.
  • all engineering staff have been issued with gloves and sanitiser and have been told to use them on all jobs to minimise cross-infection.

Future Updates

As this is a fast-evolving situation we will continue to update clients as soon as possible with any developments that may affect ongoing or future call-outs and projects.
